1/4 Cow

Quarter cow. Approximately 100-200 lbs of meat (ultimately, this depends on the size of the cow at butchering), packaged and frozen. Besides ground beef, you will get a variety of cuts including steaks, roasts, brisket and ribs. We are currently taking orders for our next butcher date *8 weeks out* for a $250 deposit. Final cost will be $8.00/pound hanging weight. First responders get a $.50/pound discount – We take care of those who take care of us!

Want more meat? You can add 2 quarter cows to your cart to get a half cow, or 4 quarter cows to your cart for a whole cow.

PLEASE NOTE: The $250 paid now is only a deposit. You will need to pay the remainder of the balance when you pick up your order.
