Quarter lamb. Approximately 35 lbs of meat (ultimately, this depends on the size of the lamb at butchering), packaged and frozen. We are currently taking orders for our November butcher date for a $250 deposit. Final cost will be $14.00/pound, minus your deposit.
Want a half or whole lamb? Add 2 quarter lambs to your cart for a half lamb, or 4 quarters for a whole lamb.
